After the plenary sessions, 26 special sessions and branches of the 3rd IYRF are in progress today, including GWP High-level Forum on Sustainable Water Resources Management and Delta Ecosystem Maintenance, EU-China Dialogue on Integrated River Basin Management, Sino-Dutch the 8th Joint Steering Committee, WWF-Integrated River Basin Management Forum, Session of International Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management (ICE WaRM) on Maximising the Benefits of Professional Development Activities and so on.

In addition, some agreements between China and Holand, China and Australia are signed today.
