Abstract£ºThe soil-retaining dam system planning must use the information system method base on the GIS technique to enhance efficiency. Using the planning system, it could obviously raise the level of soil-retaining dam system planning and decision. The system has the remarkable benefits in ecological and economic, and has a broad market extension and application.
